When people think of landscape, often they conjure up images of majestic mountains and serene seashores. But this need not be the case. Often the most intriguing painting can be found in the most innocent places. For awhile, I was really into painting ditches. Not the most glamorous subject but they tended to work. Beauty can be found everywhere in nature. You just have to look.
